Pros

They'll make you rich if you let them. They have to pay very well to attract workers.

Cons

They'll do so by trying to make you work every single hour of the day when they want it, and then counsel you for not having permission to stay over when you're staying over to fix a major breakdown. The shift schedule is the most horribly conceived, weasly schedule that could possibly be implemented, allowing no time to adjust between the constantly rotating schedule. Not a lot of room to move up. Horrible work/life balance. Extremely negative culture.
