Pros

Industry leader in powertransmission components marketplace. New Japanese president assigned every 5 years, which allows for fresh ideas and focus on the strategic direction the company needs to take.

Cons

No commitment to women and minorities in managerial or executive positions. There is no commitment to career planning and development of the employees. Upper management sets the tone on how employees are treated, but is unable to teach employees how to value themselves or their contribution in the workplace.
