High case loads, too many crunched deadlines, no support from upper management, salary is not worth the work that you have to complete on a daily basis, and micromanaging from your supervisor.

I was lied to about my salary, and when I began orientation they refused to honor the original offer. They also hire females and expect them to work in houses with only male clients as well as large dormitories completely alone with no training except for current employee shadowing. They expect females to work overnight shifts alone as well also in all male houses or dormitories. They should advertise the VSA position as a security guard position because that is what it is. I believe that this company does not care about the safety of it's employees. If you are a female and do not have guard or policing experience I do not recommend this place.
