      Overall decent company to work for

      Pros

      Good PTO and vacation hours system. Decent insurance. Health programs, such as reimbursement program. Steel toe boots paid. Frequent openings to advance throughout many locations in the nation. The job is simple and routine.

      Cons

      Bad employees have an easy time working there, good employees pick up the slack and are taken for granted. Yearly bonuses were taken away and little to nothing was done to make up for those significant bonuses. Problems with safety issues in particular areas of the warehouse. Corners are cut and issues are ignored for a significant amount of time or never addressed. Politics and nepotism run rampant.
