      All in all great place to work just could use a few changes

      Great benefits, great pay, great work environment

      Cons

      The main operating software we use could be simplified as new hires are finding it confusing and very hard to learn. Along those same lines, we need more investment into better training (like online training modules on the system with quizzes for example) to avoid simple mistakes that cause bigger issues down the line by the time it’s time to pull items for sales.

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for professional development and a clear path to advancement once you get in.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits could be better, maternity leave, time off, etc. They're very good for this area but don't always hold up when compared to very large, global corporations.
