      Kind of ok place to work.

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.

      Great-ish place to work

      Pros

      Management in my area is great, but they can only do so much for the overall culture

      Cons

      Took away the hybrid work environment, most likely because they spent WAY too much on a building that should've been bulldozed rather than remodeled. They give a false sense of caring what their employees think by offering a biweekly survey. In reality it doesn't matter what you say, the men at the top make the call and couldn't possibly care less how their employees feel. We want work life balance which was great when we were allowed to work a hybrid schedule. We need quiet and focus and are met with here's a giant room where you are almost sitting on top of each other oh and you have to do it 4 days a week, you're welcome
