      5am start time, if you like working early a.m

      Cons

      Definitely an environment where those who move up are simply friends of those who are in positions in which they are seriously under qualified. You get singled out for being a hard worker and are given others job responsibilities. You’ll be over worked and management will be careless with hearing suggestions as to how better run the day and keep everyone safe. Work abuses and harassments run rampant at Facilities like Alsip. The place is a revolving door and if Corporate doesn’t get a hand on it, it will continue to be so. Don’t work here and waste your time with the current management team. They’re amateurs.

      Great company, Great Benefits

      Amazing corporate culture, fortune 100 benefits, super kind people. U.S is first class

      Cons

      Some of its smaller businesses haven’t found their way. So corporate pressure to excel at the executive level is very steep. Senior Executive level turnover for the smaller businesses is very high.
