The material handler role is a laborious job with some intense physical demands. Regarding your input on salary, U.S. Venture’s compensation is market competitive. We are transparent with our team members about the processes and the tools our compensation specialists use to determine competitive pay. Much like other companies, we take into consideration one’s experience, length of service, individual performance, and compare similar positions in the industry at companies of similar size—just to name a few.
