      Pros

      U.S. Venture lives its differentiating values of caring relationships, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic foresight, and high performance. Employees at USV feel like they are part of a family... one that is always trying to find a better way to provide value to it's stakeholders (customers, employees, community, and shareholders).

      Cons

      U.S. Venture differentiates itself by attempting to be the most flexible and dynamic organization in the marketplaces it operates. This type of organization does not fit everyone, as it can be more stressful then a mature organization that follows the status quo.

      Tremendous culture with a family first attitude. Very flexible, with time off, volunteering and community giving. Very successful, entrepreneurial and strategic growth.
