      Pros

      Great benefits and pay. Some aspects of culture really strong. Growing fast. Try to empower associates at all levels.

      Cons

      Family who don't work at company far too involved in day to day work. Expect to work a lot of hours.

      Awesome onboarding

      Pros

      The onboarding process was outstanding. The training moved at a great pace, and I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated from day one. The team went out of their way to ensure I had all equipment I needed to succeed. They also took the time to thoroughly introduce new hires to the company's culture, divisions, benefits, and technology, making the transition smooth and engaging. I feel a connection to the group of leaders and new hires that I onboarded with. It was a fun day with the new hires and an even better experience onboarding and training with my team/division. Within a short time I already feel a sense of knowledge of the processes, products and services, and expectations.
