      Nothing that couldn't be worked out. Someone is always willing to listen and help resolve. It's a busy place, so hang on!

      Treated like an adult. Surrounded by smart, motivated people. No deadwood. Compensation more than fair.

      Sometimes felt like the work was coming too quickly for the time allotted.

      Pros

      Non-complicated work - it's a warehouse job consisting of pulling parts, loading and unloading tires, and driving stand-up forklifts around without hurting yourself or others

      Cons

      They tell you that you'll have to work "some" overtime, but they DON'T tell you that means you'll be working 12-16 hour shifts daily if you're on the second shift -- and even get calls from your manager asking if you can come in on your requested vacation day off.
