The continued growth of this company makes for lots of opportunities for current team members which translates into promotions from within. If you are safety oriented, conscientious, and interested in a career with a growing company that genuinely cares about its team members, US Venture could be a great career move for you!

Cons

The work can be hard for some entry level positions. If you embrace the Safety Culture, work as you are trained, don't take short cuts, and genuinely care for your safety and the safety of your co-workers, you will succeed advance in your career with US Venture.
