they have a onsite gym. that is the only good thing I can say about USX

Where to begin? pay is bad, management is bad, they do not trust their employees, it is like working in a kindergarten. hard working, honest employees get overlooked for people that only do the job halfway. You must be friend or family of the Fullers to get anywhere in the company. Anybody who has ever worked there or has a friend/family member that had worked there hated working for USX. DO NOT work here unless a last resort. it is no surprise that USX cannot get or keep top talent. USX is horrible.
