Pros

Did not get a chance to see any!

Cons

Bad computer system for background checking did not work had to supply letters to us express from 2 states cause there system did not work clearing me for job. Was told that they carried a pet policy, and told to bring clothes for over the road and animal and would be teamed up with a driver that was OK with pets. Upon getting the job situation was reversed after a week long headache of an orientation and slow mismanaged communication with orientation staff. I received the job only to find out they lied to me and wasted 4 weeks of my time with my animal and included hat she needed to be dewclawed ect. After then finding out i was lied to and had to drive home and that i just wasted my time, driver cordinator called me and i turned down there job after a horrible exp with the orientation and the recruiting staff seemingly saying what ever it takes to get a bonus i do not recommend this company to any first time drivers or experienced drivers everyone in class was highly irritated by the whole ordeal

Pros

I work for U S Xpress and most of the time I enjoyed I was able to drive to all lower 48 states. For the most part it was a good relationship during the time I drove the country went through recession and fuel price where very high. The company when through some changes and was able to keep most of their drivers working.

Cons

Trucking is not an easy job, you have to stay out on the road to make the money. Sometimes you do not get home when you need to and miss a lot of events in your family lives.

Pros

Miles, Mileage Pay, Hometime, Equipment. Upper management very willing to work with the drivers, both in person and over the phone.

Cons

Hard to get a hold of dispatch, very little personal attention to drivers unless you get the chance to go to headquarters and meet your office crew.
