Disappointing experience

Pros

They hire new drivers. No experience required.

Cons

Poor communication from management and difficult to get callbacks from training coordinators They seem to be in chaos. Trainers are not readily available and some are actually uncooperative -- they don't want to train.

Pros

The best reasons to work there is that the supervisors have your back and the drivers are fun to work with.

Cons

Its the good ole boys club. If you dont smoke tobacco and hang out on the balcony you can forget moving up.

Pros

they allow you to take your pet with you for a 500 deposit

Cons

lack of communication poor equipment/repairs no miles/sit more then you drive at time total disregard for dot policies on planners and d/m part pay is below average
