Great place to accept a position out of college, learn industry and operation strategy good lower level management good technology and decently organized business

Cons

upper level management lacks interest in employees, only performance meeting goals is never enough low base pay and bonus structures change often departments don't work well together/ communicate

If you are just starting out, for example, fresh out of trucking school , you will make a little bit of money but after that first year it continues to go downhill & fast.

Cons

Some the people are really rude they don't care if you get home or if u have enough hours to make your load on time.
