Pros

Certain people in the office really do try to make this office a better place to work with the occasional cupcake days or free lunches

Cons

Most people are not happy here, though this may just be a consequence of a bad market regardless of where you work

Pros

Client Service Associate is an entry level position, good for someone trying to break into financial advising. The pay is also steady.

Cons

UBS once had historic roots in Zurich, Switzerland; a legend based on privacy, relationships, and investment knowledge. Now, little of that is true.

Pros

Management is good at helping advance your career. Encourage you to participate in investment programs to further your education, through licenses or firm offered education seminars.

Cons

The downside would be that you tend to get stuck in the area you started. For example if you are in a branch environment they tend to want to keep you there.
