Pros

Structured work. Good work-life balance. Internal mobility after 18 months from start. The pay is good, but not exceptional for the area.

Cons

The benefits are very limited. Currently, after the merger with CS, career development hit a halt. Also, depending on the area you work in, the job can be repetitive, mechanical, and when too much bureaucracy has been built around the system, almost nonsensical.
