      Very financially rewarding. Strong upper management. Lots of independence. Good colleagues.

      Cons

      Technology old. Men get more accounts given to them including entire books of business that women do not get. Men get many financial perks women of same productivity do not get. Almost no women managers. Still an old boys firm.

      Pros

      Great place to start right out of college. There aren't many positions but they for the most part have are a good launchpad for future growth.

      Cons

      Management in my office is relatively inexperienced and not afraid to say "I don't know". That would be fine if there was help finding an answer or any kind of follow up.
