      Hard to keep clients happy

      Pros

      The pay is OK, but trying to keep clients happy in this poor infrastructure is frustrating.

      Cons

      Communication is a major issue not only without the company but outside. Poor follow-through with accounts leads to dissatisfied customers which leads to loss of accounts. Upward mobility is difficult and some management are poorly chosen.

      - Respect towards employee; - Senior management have open mind, not a micro-managing environment; - Excellent attitude with focus on client's best interest; - Compliant and vigilant to legislation - Positive attitude amongst staff with cooperation between departments - Support to community work and sports

      - Not so much room to change certain structures, outdated pathways - Not so much effort to retain employees
