      Changes need to be made to return it to the firm it use to be..

      Pros

      In the past, a great place to work, a lot of knowledge sharing and a true teamwork environment. In the current downsizing environment, it's not the case, and constant change in management, that is not always the best person or most qualified.

      Cons

      No stability from management, no clear communication of where the company is headed, in terms of outsources, group consolidations etc.

      Pros

      Opportunities to succeed are there if you have the right attiude. Have been able to try a few different things whch is motivating.

      Cons

      Current issues are applicable to industry in general, but always being pushed to do more with less. Sometimes the less is just not enough.

      Pros

      -UBS provides a wide variety of computer based training toolkits which is easily accessible to all employees. If you ever have any down-time, you can always use it to learn a new skill. -Ability to work from remote location. -Great benefits

      Cons

      -The constant changes in strategic tools can, at times, make it difficult to get work completed in a timely manner.
