      Pros

      Compensation is pretty much on par with other IB banks out there. It's a Swiss bank, another plus (although it was no secret about the bad publicity with the bank and US citizens abroad and tax issues). Bright and competitive MBA-ers from all the top schools.

      Cons

      You work here, and you're going to know very quickly if you don't, your days will be numbered. Hours are long, but that goes for any IB.

      very organized strucuture and very nice colleagues. if you want a place with very structured training program and great mibility across the world. should definitely apply

      Cons

      Not everyone is that much motivated, a little bit lack of efficiency when processing some works. compensation in china is not the global pay.

      Excellent Risk control framework Models are fantastic: fast, easy to use and intuitive. Trading team works like a team and knows what they are doing

      Zero bonus paid out in 2009 Too much turnover over the last few years Senior management didn't set expectation right
