- no overtime - nice people - no time zone issues

Cons

- strict access to a lot of tools - dress code - office - unresponsive people who give acceeses - no laptopa and work from Home - poorly implemented scrum

Amazing graduate scheme, learnt a lot. The firm is so big, and you can get decent exposure to different sides of the business. Good benefits including health insurance etc

Cons

Too big and too rigid. HR were not great at assigning roles, nor were they flexible in case a change is desired. Compensation not great compared to rivals
