      New research and innovation help to create a culture that is always changing and evolving. With new scientists in leadership roles and new initiatives, there is always something to learn to expand your professional development.

      The administrative structure does not keep up with the advances in scholarship, research and innovation. With many new leadership positions on campus, there is a learning curve before important strategic leadership decisions can be made.

      This is a good place to gain administrative/customer service experience and develop important skills. Managers understand that school comes first.

      Cons

      The pay is minimum wage and you feel like you do a lot of work, so you have to look at it as you are getting paid in valuable experience.
