      Easy application, straight-forward job, reasonable management.

      Benefits were good, solid retirement plan, I continued to receive pay increases annually

      Cons

      Dealing with the political climates made it challenging. I was also in a salaried tole, requiring me to be “on call” all the time, without compensation. I even continued to receive several calls after I stopped working there. I also hated that I was forced to be in the union.
