Pros
Easy job, minimum effort. Pretty much a 7-Eleven but on campus. Ideal job if you dont have any experience.
Cons
The managers and some of the staffs are very immature. Managers love to act like a child and talk behind student employees back. They try to make it a 5 star restaurant by forcing you to do "excellent" customer services, when you know everyone who comes in don't care about customer services at all. The managers also make this job even more difficult then it has to be which is really annoying. Very disorganize, making the student's life a lot harder. Lots of drama and excuses from upper managements. very cliche as well.
