      Close knit and small team, open communication between supervisor, and a great way to extend my knowledge in sound and lighting equipment.

      The number events are not consistent every week so the amount of hours vary every week.

      UC Merced is a growing campus with many new an exciting opportunities. Everything is growing and evolving. Change and innovation is encouraged.

      Cons

      It is hard to compete with the other UC's that have more to offer. Some of the employees aren't the most qualified, but that happens with any new company. You need to have a pioneering spirit, willing to have less now to get more in the future.
