      Pros

      Flexible, especially if you are a student worker. The small community of staff and students are also very helpful in different situations.

      Cons

      At times, there were instances of cliques due to different departments. However, as a student worker, I didn't see much of that with other student workers.

      Multiple opportunities for growth. The ability to work from home on occasion and consideration for work/life balance.

      Cons

      The department is in a state of continuous change. Department objectives and responsibilities are not always understood by other departments, which has caused frustration in the past.
