      Pros

      I had a flexible work schedule and the staff prioritized my education before work. I was working closely with the CSOs which allowed me to learn more about the police department.

      Cons

      It wasn't always a friendly environment. There was a lot of office drama and a lot of intense situations.

      Pros

      Great environment to work in. Over the course of my 5 years there they have become like a second family. Great way to meet the faculty, staff and students.

      Cons

      Management could use some work, there is a lot of discord between the upper management and middle management which trickles down to the student workers.
