      Pros

      Working off campus in downtown. Very flexible hours and enjoyable experience working with coworkers. Leadership was helpful and responsive to any problems that arose. Independent work and no one over your shoulder all the time.

      Cons

      No cons at all. Only the clients/coworkers needing repeated help.

      Low cost of living in area, little competition for jobs, nice lake by campus, & the exceptional people that are there really stand out

      Cons

      Small number of people, limited resources, inexperienced people working in positions they wouldn't get in more competitive situations, few fun things to do in Merced, bad air quality, smelly cows
