      Tuition and health benefits are covered.

      Cons

      This is tentative employment not guaranteed during degree. Union is constantly after them for pay/benefits while deans/admin staff get huge raises. There is no training. Staff do not take feedback. A lot of folks trying to be king of a very small hill.

      Mismanagement from upper admin is leading to widespread layoffs, because of course those responsible for budget shortfalls can't be held accountable themselves.
