Benefits are alright. Steady 8am-5pm M-F

Cons

Severe lack of communication between departments and teams, leading to confusion, frustration, and negative feelings towards each other. A lot of finger pointing between teams and departments. Never enough "money" to pay for fixes/resolutions. Role is, for the most part, constantly frustrating & unfulfilling.
