I felt as though some of the management tends to exploit the part time student workers expecting and pressuring them to work more shifts even if the shift interferes with class.

Often had to stay past my shift time to clean the store. Sometimes we were under staffed due to finals weeks which made work harder. The environment was very cliquey and if you were not a manager favorite good luck getting promoted to supervisor or manager. Could not have good on breaks even though they tossed out most of it at the end of the night. Felt very overworked at times.
