Pros
Management/Supervisors were very sweet, always willing to help and answer questions, and actively taught skills and gave tips that would help in jobs after college. If we did/said something at work that we shouldn't have, management would gently let you know where and why you went wrong, and tell you exactly what you should do/say in the future and at future jobs. They never made you feel stupid or in trouble, they would always be kind and helpful. I loved that job.
Cons
Only cons are that the training is very people-focused, so there was no paper or website you could use to look up questions or things you were concerned about, you had to wait and ask a supervisor.
