Pros

Great at connecting with the university as a whole. Work really well with your schedule and understand the demands of a student

Cons

Give university students awful hours and make you work through breaks regularly. Low pay and not enough hours to ensure that we don't get hours.

The research projects are in high level. Postdoctoral Scholars receive good medical benefit plans. Family housing is nice. Living in Riverside is low cost.

The appointment is one year term and you have renew it every year. The weather in Riverside is dry.
