Good benefits and decent wage for working less than 20 hours a week.

Pros

Great sense of community, flexible work hours, and a good learning experience especially if this is your first job. If you live near campus while being a student it also saves you time on having to commute and they really do work around your schedule. Overall it is a great place to work and if you are interested in pursuing a career with UCR it is a great place to start.

Cons

You are unable to work at two different locations on campus at the same time, since students can only work a set number of hours per week. If you need more hours than what they give you, it's better to find off-campus employment.
