      Pros

      Excellent understanding with hours for students. They give you plenty of opportunity for growth and allow for creative thinking. Good pay for students.

      Cons

      Being at a public university there wasn't always the ability to easily finance projects. It is no fault of the University but may be a different culture if coming from a private background.

      Relaxed and very productive environment. The boss is very easy to work with and will frequently work around you. I would recommend to anyone.

      Cons

      There really are not any, everything is laid out for you and with a job on campus it's very hard to be late.

      Pros

      The staff is very friendly and inviting, they constantly have social gatherings with food and snacks. It's a very easy job. Requieres little work but lots of walking.

      Cons

      Because you have limited duties. Such as doing head counts every two hours and then walking around or observing the rest of the time, it does get boring and long.
