Pros

easy going atmosphere. Hands on work. Lots of different projects. It was fun. UC Riverside has cars that employees can borrow.

Cons

Some people are fustrating to work with and some are completely incompetent. The weather is too hot or too cold because it is in the middle of the desert.

Plain and simple

Pros

To make a bit of money and to find some way to use your time productively by doing basic work that you could perhaps apply to a resume

Cons

Jobs available are typically menial, such as serving food or working as a cashier for the campus convenience stores. However, it's still more better than people who aren't strapped for cash and aren't using their time wisely
