Pros
1. Free food on breaks 2. Management was incredibly kind and caring 3. Flexible hours 4. Good short-term job
Cons
1. Lack of diversity. 2. The student worker body is not always the most efficient. 3. Student Leads don't hold themselves to the standards they hold the people they supervise. 4. The chain of command is too long. Too much trust is put in student leads, who often don't communicate management's wishes as well as they should.
