      Competitive wages, leadership cares about you, bent over backwards to accommodate needs, bonus/ merit bonuses, great retirement, growth mindset, very transparent leadership

      Cons

      If the C suite wants something done, it happens immediately. Asking for something can be a chore and takes FOREVER if not a priority for people like the c suite. The amount of red tape is annoying sometimes. Seems like promotions are only handed to the club of leaders already in place.

      We bonus and received merit increases annually

      Cons

      They over promise and under deliver as it relates to promoting from within. If you get in good with someone you’re changes will certainly increase.
