      UCHealth has taken a lot of steps to try to recognize and retain staff during the pandemic, including extra pay.

      Cons

      Some of the responses to the pandemic, for example remote work policies, could be more flexible in certain departments.

      Competitive wages, leadership cares about you, bent over backwards to accommodate needs, bonus/ merit bonuses, great retirement, growth mindset, very transparent leadership

      Cons

      If the C suite wants something done, it happens immediately. Asking for something can be a chore and takes FOREVER if not a priority for people like the c suite. The amount of red tape is annoying sometimes. Seems like promotions are only handed to the club of leaders already in place.
