Pros
Some of the Directors in other areas are absolutely amazing. Overall, good culture and benefits if you look at the system as a whole. It's a shame what has been done with this specific department. The "top boss" manages over 200 people and 198 of them despise her.
Cons
The three Directors that are at the top of HIM are disgusting. So many people, from clerks, to scanners, to assistants, to coordinators, to managers have WALKED OUT or quit within days due to their unprofessional behavior and complete lack of emotional intelligence.
