      Pros

      Fellow employees are amazing! PTO is good when you're able to use it

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Senior management self congratulatory and out of touch with the people doing the actual work. In recent years, have done away with the annual bonus and pension for new employees, they've reduced the amount of PTO you can accrue and you can't even cash it out. You now have to pay for the high deductible plan which is basically useless. Providers don't get paid extra for working extra shifts
