      Pros

      Health benefits are great as long as you keep everything in network.

      Cons

      They would rather find ways to save money than make sure their employees are taken care of. Our department was told hiring more people won't help the issues we are having with being understaffed. The company keeps growing but, refuses to staff for the growth.
