      Benefits are great, that’s it literally

      Managment, from the top down- just awful! Radiology is being managed by a passive aggressive and mentally ill director. He’s sexist, racist and a narcissist.

      People are friendly and usually helpful

      Cons

      No sick leave must use PTO for sick, holidays and vacation time. If you take PTO they take it from your accrual for that pay period. Not enough help and primarily focused on productivity levels over patient care at times

      Great benefits, worked with some great coworkers

      Cons

      Leadership teams are bloated, which leads to us-vs-them type of culture. Organization is focused on rapid growth without increasing staffing or pay. Many of my coworkers were burned out due to increasing demands and lack of support from leadership. Incessant demands for innovation on tight timelines combined with outsized leadership teams led to a lot of resentment in my department. I worked on the clinical side as well as the IT side and this was true both places.
