      Salary is fair, benefits are great, training is fair.

      Cons

      Supervisors are over-worked and don't care about their employees. Supervisors don't listen. HR doesn't care or listen, they do what is minimally expected of them but will not go out of their way to resolve employee issues or help employees. There is almost no room for advancement in this company. You will get lured into positions with false promises and pretenses.
