Great mission, great values. Environment where you can learn from others. Overall a good place to work with supportive peers. Feels good to have a hand in patient experience.
Cons
For such a large company, it seems like there’s very few opportunities for growth as a professional. Middle management is often stuck, not really given the opportunity to make real decisions that could have great impact. Sometimes seems like there’s a lot of “smoke and mirrors” from upper leadership.
