Pros

Ability to work from home up to 3x/week. Clinically integrated health network with a growth focus.

Cons

Extremely low pay. Very low PTO (On your first year, you only get 2 weeks total in a year, from which 7 days are mandatory observed holidays, and the remaining 7 days are for sick days+vacation... Don't get sick!) Lack of team cohesiveness; teammates don't know each other; teams are separated between 3 locations (North/Metro/Colorado Springs) so no one ever meets face-to-face, this is attenuated by the fact that a lot of employees work from home and when they are in the office, they don't interact or know each other's names. No team-building/fun activities. High employee turnover rate.

Pros

I really like that they have a Pension plan that you are vested in once you hit five years. scheduling is pretty flexible. PTO accrual is also nice

Cons

I feel like working at a hospital the benefits should be great however they aren’t especially for part time. I think the pay could be better for the area. Cost of living is so much higher than the pay
