Pros

UCHealth is mission-driven, focused on patients. Constant attention on improving quality and the overall experience. Growing rapidly, there are lots of opportunities.

Cons

This con is also a pro - UCHealth is growing rapidly, which makes for a lot of opportunities. But you should expect a very fast-paced environment, with lots of change.

Pros

Good people as in other college students the same age that you will work with and get to know. Free food card of up to $6. If you are a college student with minimum bills to pay and like to slack off a bit, then this is the place to work. All you do is serve food to patients all day and that’s it. They’ll probably make you do tray line or dish room if they don’t have enough people in those positions. The flexibility is amazing though. Management will do anything in their power to change the schedule for you.

Cons

Pay isn’t great but it’s not bad either. It’s not good enough though to make you feel valued. With how big the hospital is, they definitely don’t pay you enough
