Can seem like a small organization once you get around in couple roles
Cons
There will be itch to move cause it’s very siloed. Hr does not give an opportunity to negotiate pay At all. It doesn’t matter if you’re internally transferring and have educational background higher than required. When I came into the role ground out from manager that the .09 negotiation didn’t even come from them because they thought I was salaried not hourly. So not sure how HR communicates the market value to managers and vice versa. The organization in general doesn’t seem to utilize skills of admin staff. Been here in multiple departments for 2 years
